This HTML5 Photo Gallery Browser is designed to support browsing huge local directories of images by optimizing DOM and network performance. You can load a big directory and browse by clicking each file or load all images. Loading all images only loads a small subset of images that can be viewed on the screen and as you scroll, more images are loaded and old images are discarded from view. You can play it all as a slideshow, you can click on an image to load it in a modal, you can doubleclick on the image in the modal to zoom to screen size, and you can even click on zoom in modal to zoom into the image with the scroll wheel.
